If i could give 0 stars i would These people are horrible charges are 3 to four times as much as anywhere else worst customer service ever and they lie like it was their job

Have been doing our taxes with them for 10 years nothing but problems this year and the new tax agent marked my whole family illegal aliens. Then we never got one of ur taxes back. Never sent in our 1099. Called them to complain they said "well you have the forms can't u send them in?" WHY THE HE'LL DID WE PAY YOU $487.00 TO DO OUR TAXES?? I've never been so angery. Next year after a decade we will not be going back.
